2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive. Yea, Ive sat for others on many occasions for boss's they needed loot from.

3. Do you use everything at your disposal to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.) Yes, ive picked my professions just for raid use, i usually keep haste pots and always have flasks ready for each encounter.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this. I would check the meters and see what was goin on with my rotation, check my add ons see if their up to date. I recently got pwned by mallable goo more then once in an encounter because i couldnt move out fast enough, so i put tuskers vit on my boots.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.) Well first guild i raided with Seriously was Tempest, with my hunter and DK. I left because i had to stop raiding for some time due to RL and when i was able to raid again they didnt have an opening so i re rolled this mage, I Joined Last Call and left because i transfered to get away from lag, Im in riven and plan on leaving to transfer because the guild is slowly decaying and the gm doesnt seem to care.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old) I started playing in B/C. I Raided all content up to Twins in Sunwell on my Hunter, Then for WoTLK I Re rolled a DK and Raided all the content up to Yogg25 before i had to take a break from raiding because of RL issues.

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.) I think its a good idea, their enviromentally friendly and it would be nice if america adopted them, highly doubt our lazy ass's will though.

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed? I would take the time during a break to have it gem and enchanted if it was alright with the Raid leader, if not i would get it done as soon as the raid was done.

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
