I am on 7 days a week
Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

Most of the guild will probably agree that I'm a big proponent of the bear tank because our feral dps is so disgustingly powerful. I hate to see them mangle.
Anyway:
1) Shredding attacks is terrible for a bear. If you aren't going to take King of the Jungle, then your build is unviable for "filling in as feral DPS" anyway.
2) Speaking of which, dropping natural and master shapshifter and and picking up Omen of Clarity will ultimately yield more threat....especially if you use Enrage Proactively with Barkskin in conjunction with King of the Jungle. 20% more damage > 4% more damage and shifting out of a form you will never leave.
3) Most warriors won't put up Demo shout for you. You should be swimming in rage from dodges, soaking damage, dealing damage, and what I said in comment 2. So it may be wise to take Feral Aggression over Ferocity. It's a personal call, but something you should definitely work out with the DPS warriors as Imp Demo Shout and and Imp Demo Roar will account for static and totally beneficial damage reductions that should be up on nearly every boss.
4) Brutal Impact is nigh-indespensible for 10 mans. That should absolutely be talented out fully. You may not stun raid bosses but it still interrupts spells.
5) There should be at least one point in Imp Mangle.
6) I would probably talent out Infected Wounds because of what it's presence means to Arcane Mages....and how it also works in damage reduction. Expecting DPS warriors to Thunderclap is a waste of rage for them.
7) Glyph of Berserk is eating a slot that would effectively turn your Frenzied Regen into a pretty sick secondary last stand. Same goes for how awesome the Glyph of Survival Instincts is. You can swap the Maul Glyph in on AoE fights, but when you're holding a single boss like on the majority of the ICC fights, you would most likely like to have more defensive CD's. Bears get hit very hard because they don't have a shield.
8) At the very least take the time to get a Black Heart. Or Ick's Rotting Thumb. A brewmaiden charm is giving you nothing but stam. Ick's rotting thumb is especially good because it's dodge and yet another defensive CD.
9) You aren't dodge capped on your expertise. You can't make threat on what you can't hit. Your expertise is very, very low. You are slightly below hit cap, too.
10) Mongoose is a better MH enchant than 110 AP for a bear. Hell, +35 agi is a better MH enchant for a bear.
11) Minor observation: Your professions are kind of lacking for raiding. Mining is OK for the tiny health boost, I guess. But you are giving up quite a bit for min/maxing.
Question:
Do you have Maul macro'd to Mangle, Swipe, Bash, and Lacerate?
Is Faerie Fire part of your rotation (it hits hard and is irresistible and undodgeable threat)?
My bear is an alt. I will give you that. But I've read up on some raid builds. And personally, I would suggest this to you:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#0ZVGGscrdceoccuikbA0z:0nMcMV
Personally, I would go with something like that knowing that the other ferals bring Imp. LotP.
Then swap in the Glyph of Maul on trash or multi-target fights.
These are all just suggestions, don't take them as a harsh criticism. It's just not as faceroll as you may think when considering how bloated the feral tree is.
And remember that tanking is based largely around expending cooldowns (offensive and defensive) properly. So adding CD's whether through talents like King of the Jungle or Glyphs like Frenzied Regen is definitely something that puts more into your toolbox.
Also remember that only you can stop forest fires.

I prefer the Ensidia feral tank build from Nopher:

I would not want to give up 4% damage and Omen of Clarity. Shredding attacks is a definite no-no (at risk of sounding corny) from what I understand for feral tanks.
