2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.

-Yes I'm a team player in a very team-oriented game. With MBN I help my fellow mages with theorycrafting, how to select and gem gear for maximum DPS, and have even helped fellow mages with Crusader Orbs for crafting Merlin's Robes and Bejeweled Wizard's Bracers before ICC.

3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class.

-I play effectively, as well as push the hardest DPS I can when I can. That means understanding all mechanics of raid encounters and how to keep my raid damage taken to a minimum. I maximize cooldowns using macros, i.e. AP + IV + MI + Trinkets together for maximum burst output.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.

-When I screw up multiple times having a bad night, and feel I'm unable to keep it together, I often ask the raid leader to replace me. However, that's only happened maybe twice, typically due to hardware related problems. Screwing up playing a mage is pretty hard to do, unless you just aren't able to push DPS somehow.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)

-I'm currently in Murder by numberS and love them; however, I'd just like to explore other guild options necause their raid focus is far more casual than I expected. I'd prefer to play with players of the same caliber of skill and determination. Before MBN, I was with a startup guilde called Ultima Thule which didn't go anywhere, and before them in a unknown guild called ohm.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)

-Currently, I've raided ICC10 through Rotface and ICC25 through Festergut. In BC I raided with Legacy of Honor working on Sunwell Plateau and farming Black Temple. On my previous server during Classic, I raided through Blackwing Lair.

8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)

-Chill but driven. I know my role and play it well, and I expect others to do the same. I'm here to play the game and play it hard, and I have expectations that others will put in the same amount of effort that I do. That is what has been frustrating me lately and driven me to look for guilds with higher levels of determination.

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)

-It's a few years old, but was top of the line then:

8MBit Cable connection

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)

-Have never tried it, and have no interest to - gallon jugs work fine for me.

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?

-Within 5 minutes, unless for some reason I didn't have the gold. Then I would run and do dailies or sell crap until I did and have it done in 15 minutes.

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

-Either. Wednesdays may be difficult some weeks, but most weeks I should be able to make it.
