2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.
I do consider my self a team player. But the thing is that i dont really do anything in a raid except for bring the buffs and high dps. I just follow the rules i am instructed and down bosses get gear and Win :D .
3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)

I read everything on Elitestjerk.com on my class and everything i need to know i read all about my class trees and higheset dpsing ones. If i see a player in WoW doing high dps i look at his/her tree and see what i could do to improve mine.
4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.
I would exclude my self from the raids until i got higher gs gear just so i wouldnt hold the raid back and after i got good enough gear i would come back and redeem my name.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)
Relentless-They weren't very good raiders.
Abandon- I quit for a while and when i came back i was talking to the leader and he said i wasnt high enough gs to raid with them so i just left.
After shock- which is my current guild.
7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)
I have experienced every single raid dungeon heroic quest in the game. I have done everything and anything to be done in the game of WoW.
8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)
To be absolutely honest i dont really know much about technology i just play video games ( if that makes any sense) but i know that my computer has never failed on me, never disconnected, and has never interfered with raiding or anything to do with WoW. If you really want to know what it is i will definitely figure it out and let you know.
10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)
huh "Bagged Milk" i have never had that stuff and i heard that it tastes funny but it is a good way to save money and never have to throw away old milk.
11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?
I would ask the raid leader if it was ok if i ported got the gem and enchanted it. But usually i always have the main gem i use and a lot of enchanting mats and i gem and enchant my own gear so i usually get it gemmed and enchanted right away.
12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:
Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.
I would totally be a raider, i just cant believe how perfectly those raid times go with my schedule. They are just perfect i would be able to make every single one.
I have never seen a mage spec as you have. I am curious why you chose your current arcane talents.

I am confused about your enchanting/gemming. You are missing a lot of enchants on gear as well as having some gems that aren't your best choices for that gear. Also you do not have your meta gem bonus. You also haven't begun your "Sons of Hodir" quest line by the looks of it.

I'm not sure why you didn't respond to the two mages that posted right after your post... granted, this user is anonymous and I don't even know if that was you. However, nobody said there wasn't any hope of you being accepted, they just wanted to know why you chose a certain spec and your gems. You may in fact be able to educate these guys if it's something they looked over. However, I find that a little unlikely. ;)
Yea,i didnt respond to the two mages because after i saw how out of balance my gems were i had to kinda agree with them so i will have to admit my gems are bad but that was because i got a lot of free gems from my friend so i just used them to gem my gear. Also my spec i chose that one after looking around and researching also asking a lot of guildies about mage spec i got a lot of answers on my spec that i have.So far its doing me really good im doing a icc 25 right now as we speak but were on a 5min break we 1 shotted almost everything and im pulling 6.5k easly. I just wanted to send in my app seeing if i was sauce material and if im not im fine with that i will do more icc and get geared and fix my mistakes and i guarantee if i dont make it i will be back

If not, then please, clarify why 6.5K is OK for you and why your are letting your gems and bizarre spec cap you at 6.5K DPS.

Gold for me is not a problem, but i am really trying not to spend a lot of gold on my gems at this moment because some of the gear i have gemmed is not that great of gear and im waiting for a upgrade which will be coming very soon. Other then that I am going to redo almost all of my gems on gear that is 245 or higher and i will be redoing my helmet gemming also. I see that i gemmed that terrible i have to agree with you on that. I know im not one of the best mages but i know that im good and i think in my opinion that im sauce material i can pull the dps that you need my to pull, but if you dont think im up to it i will get better and post another app
Here is how I gem:
Red = 23 sp
Blue = 12 sp & 10 spirit
Yellow = 12 sp & 10 haste
Only gem for socket bonuses on items with blue sockets when the bonus is >= 7 sp (like your helm with +9 sp blue socket bonus), or if you need to fill your 2 blue gem requirement for your meta, otherwise gem +23 sp (if you use 4 pc. T9 +5 sp bonuses are my minimum for blue socket bonuses). Always gem the above for red/yellow socketed items (without blue sockets) regardless of the bonus.
As far as enchants, I would swap legs to sp/spirit over sp/stam since spirit gives crit and mp5. Additionally I would enchant boots with ice walker or tuskar's vitality (I prefer tuskar's but I don't need the hit). Your ilvl 264 bracers only have the +23 sp enchant; for an item that good I would expect the best enchants possible, +30 sp in this case. For lower level items you can always use a slightly inferior enchant if you feel you will upgrade it soon (such as throwing +8 all stats on your armor instead of +10 all stats); it's still much better than nothing.
Your spec needs to drop the SotM points as well as the point in magic absorption. Replace them with a second point in incanter's absorption, a third point in incineration and 2 points in magic attunement. Arcane mages do not scale well with crit and have limited range. Additionally 2% crit to your arcane blast is a lot of dps to give up for a little extra survivability.
Finally, pick up Talisman of Resurgence as soon as you can (60 triumph badges I think), forge ember is not nearly as good. Also work on your Sons of Hodir rep if you do not have a toon exalted with them so you can buy the shoulder enchant.
With all of these changes you should see a substantial dps increase.

Yea i think the way you gem is way more better then the way i gem and makes a lot more sense.Same with the arcane tree i need to fix it up a lot but it seems that you guys arent recruiting mages so i guess ill just keep looking
