2. Do you consider your self a team player? I do consider myself a team player, example would be on putricide when the vile ooze explodes i sprint if i have to to save all of my team members instead of staying out and saving myself.

3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class.
I usually study the game mechanics of the fight going into the encounter by going to the rogue forums on EJ and other rogue websites to ensure that The way I am approaching the fight maximizes the potential of my class during said encounter.
Example would be on Deathbringer Saurfang, where a rogue can vanish out of getting marked during the cast.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this. I would study the encounter and the logs to see what went wrong if it wasn't already obvious to myself. because usually if I screw up I am going to immediately know what went wrong and learn from that mistake so it never happens again. Its all about Robotic Execution of the encounter.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. I was in Descension on Alliance Starting ICC when the guild started to get really shaky and not raid for several weeks, looked like a breakup so I apped Epic weapons vendor and got in. Raided with them to get my Black Proto Drake and all pre-ulduar Achievements also raided with them all the way to yogg in Ulduar and Had to quit raiding due to a schedule change at work that was unforseen. When i came back they had filled my spot so I went Horde and Joined the Guild I am presently in Called Havoc.

They are a 2 day a week Raiding guild in which I do enjoy playing, but they have gone through quite a guild breakup prior to icecrown and they really haven't recovered from this due to a loss of the majority of their core raiders. Every week as of right now we have issues even fielding 25 for a raid much less making progression. They only raid 2 nights a week which makes it even worse if 1 night is missed.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)I have done ONY new and OLD, ZG, Gruul's Layer, Magtheradon's Layer, TK, SSC, BT/Hyjal...For Wrath I have done Naxx, Ulduar, TOC, ICC currently at Professor Putricide, Blood Queen, Syndragosa, Valathria, Lich King. I have attempted Dreamwalker/Blood Queen/Putricide and have downed Putricide in 10 man.

8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)Focused, Reliable, Attentive, Driven.

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)4GB Ram, Windows 7, 9600 GT Nvidia Graphics Card, q6600 core 2 quad processor with verizon fios internet.

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)I will generally buy what helps my wallet the most, if bagged milk is cheaper even thought the bag is more prone to tear, I wouldn't be opposed to drinking it. Bagged Milk does use 75 percent less plastic than milk in a plastic jug so double win if the price is right.

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed? I usually try to have a pocket enchanter handy and or I keep some enchants that are used more often on armor/weapon velums so I can use it as quick as possible. Also I keep commonly used gems on hand for this reason as well.

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:I would like to apply for a Raider position, I am on 99 percent of the time on those nights and during weekdays I normally have nothing else going on.

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
