2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive. I have always considered myself very "team oriented" and versatile. I like to see the most progress as possible. I've never had a problem giving away gear upgrades I've won rolls on to another raider that it happens to be a much bigger upgrade for. I also keep up on all three gear sets (prot,ret, and holy, though holy is obviously my choice) and will switch to any if needed so I can fit any role that needs filling.

3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. I am an avid user of healing addons and using world of logs reports to compare my healing statistics with my past statistics to see where I need to improve and anything I may be overlooking. I also keep up on theory on such sites like elitistjerks.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.If I cannot perform adequately I would forfeit my position for another raider if that would better help the raid, or more preferably I would be open to advice or constructive criticism on ways to improve.

5. If you have access to a WWS report, please post a link here. I do not have one, my guild used world of logs for reports.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild.
I joined Over Raided soon after reaching level 80 ( i was guildless until then)
and now I am in Visceral (still basically over raided). The reason I have for wanting to leave is that each raid group is so hand picked and fine tuned that theres no guarantee to raid with the guild. While I greatly enjoy raiding with them, I feel I'm not getting enough time to do so, and would like to go into more end game content with another guild

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. I started playing wow after WotLK came out, but since then I've gone back over most of the BC and classics raids, and concerning new content, ive farmed toc 25 with my current guild, did some work on togc 10 and togc 25, and have recently been doing icc 10 and 25

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. 4g ram AMD Dual Core 4850e 2.5ghz geforce 9600 gt

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.) the novelty of drinking milk out of a supple, moist bag almost outweighs the convenience of being able to swig from the jug at 4:00 a.m. in a tired drunken stupor... but nooot quite.

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed? I carry all the gems i may need and have all the cuts I may need, and I carry enchanting mats with me as well so if the raid has one I can get it set up immediately

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

I am applying for the raider position, I have a very flexible schedule as well for any extra raids the guild may want to do outside of the hardcore raiding time slots.
