1. Character: Name of the character you would like to be joining Sauce on and your Armory Link.
Jasimen-http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Draenor&cn=Jasimen
2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.
Yes. I always bring fish feasts and extra flasks-even to PuGs (I heal PuGs all the time).
3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)
Well, as a resto druid-I have specd into Emp Touch and glyphed Nourish to help out a guildie new to holy paladin in tank healing. Also, I main tank healed a considerable portion of Ulduar with a Disc priest when said pally couldn't make it. Now, as a player of a holy priest I will respect/regem to favor a style that complements the rest of the healing team and is more suitable for content. I think with both the healing classes I have played-the druid because they are powerful at multiple healing roles (simultaneously, even) and the priest by tweaking spec/gems/glyphs I am proactive in insuring I can provide the type of healing needed at a given time.
The priest can focus on different types of raid healing with some planning, research and information, ie; PoH, with a glyph to handle heavy damage on a certain group, or a glyphed Emp Renew and CoH for across the raid spot healing or even grabbing a bit more intellect and haste than would be appropriate for single target healing and raid healing as disc, when there are 2 or more resto druids in the group.
As a player, I would say where I excel is by talking with RLs and healing officers and making my class “fit”. In my opinion it is dynamic adaptation that makes a player use a class “the best”. I have my grid set up to show the incoming heals and present hots cast by other healers-I have and do co heal with many players who use(d) healbot and cannot see my heals, so choose to just raid heal around other raid healers. I only have control over my own addons. I would describe my grid as a masterpiece of succinctly summarized information.
4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.
Well, my HPS has never really been a problem-I tweak stats and spec to maximize my gear at all levels. Early on when my priest was in mostly 5 man epics, I grabbed Mental Agility and was able to put out competitive numbers in 25 man raids by side stepping the mana issues commonly associated with holy priest healing, thus being able to flask and gem for some throughput with subpar gear.
Also, if for some reason I am having trouble seeing “bad stuff on the ground” in a on a new boss. I mess around with textures and setting and find this does wonders.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)
Undivided: I was in this guild for some time and served as an officer. I left because I disagreed with the tactics employed by some of the newer officers, we lost many good players because of them and I didn’t see how recruitment efforts, and progression, cold continue with their combined influence.
Little Urban Elites: I was a regular raider with them, and left to return to Undivided and try to help out.
Paradox: My current guild. WRaid times are never posted. I am a punctual person, and live on the east coast. Because of the late starts, time difference and lack of info on what nights my group will be raiding, it’s just very difficult and raids get to be really late.
7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old) During BC I raided as a hunter, I had to take a break to finish school so began leveling a druid which I then played as a main (as resto)through 25 man WoTLK content: Naxx, OS, VOA and Ulduar.
8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)
Curious, selectively vocal, generous and polite. I enjoy research, will say something if it needs to be said-but am otherwise pretty quiet. I enjoy discussions on class and encounter mechanics. Overall, I am a polite and receptive person.
9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer.
Good computer, nice mouse. Roadrunner highspeed w/turbo. I’m on laptop, but will update with PCspecs.
10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.) While leery of softer plastics from a personal consumption standpoint, I have to stand in favor of bags over plastic jugs for storing milk pending distribution. Primarily for their greatly superior efficiency.
As long as the milk is in my pitcher longer than it is in the bag, I am all for bagged milk.
11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?
For now, I favor the ametrines for overall utility, with spellpower/intellect for discipline and spellpower/haste for holy.
I do regem a lot, trying out more haste vs spellpower, ect and have offgear with certain stats stacked.
12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:
Raider: I can make those nights.
Solid answers and able to backup gem/spec choices with reasonable answers. Lucky for you our GM is a damn good Disc priest and will better be able to review your app. At this point in time we run with a holy priest and a disc priest, so I'm not sure where we'd be able to fit you as full time status. However, I doubt we'd pass you up pending a solid review and I bet we could make room somewhere.
Thanks for the app, someone will be in touch soon.
Solid app -- Aside from the obvious competition and that crazy talk about healing officers, I have no complaints.
But that doesn't make me cooool.
Log on to Khadgar around 7:30 on Friday, and chat with me if you don't mind.
In your defense, I can see where you're coming from.
Sorry Muzzum,
We ended up having our raid on Friday-and didn't see you on over the weekend. I'll try my Khadgar lowbie again this evening.
Make sure that you /who Muz when you check. Every one of my characters start with "Muz".
In your defense, I can see where you're coming from.
