Studdmuffin's Application

Character: Name of the character you would like to be joining Sauce on and your Armory Link.
Character name: Studdmuffin
Armory: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Khadgar&n=Studdmuffin
2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.
I consider myself as a team player because I like to help out in raid and tell them what I know. For example, I told my raid grp about tanking XT on the very far right so there wouldnt be any adds there and not that many people knew about it back then.
3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)
I try my hardest to make myself a good death knight by experimenting with specs and testing them whether they work or not.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.
I would try to look for a solution so I can be better for the next raid. For example, my dps was sucking when I first started raiding in Naxx, and then I went on Forums and looked for specs and rotations.

5. If you have access to a WWS report, please post a link here.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)
My past guilds were The Crusaders, Purgatory, and Deception. All those guilds were related. We kept switching guilds to merge with other guilds but it did not work out[The Crusaders to Purgatory], so we left and formed a 10 man core-guild for Ulduar [Purgatory to Deception. A week later, people started leaving, so now im applying to a better guild for progression.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)
On my past guilds, we've cleared Naxx 10/25, EoE 10/25, OS 10/25[2d], and we were working on Ulduar. Our furthest was to Mimiron [killed Freya, Thorim, and Hodir]

8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)
Intel[R]Pentium[R] Dual CPU
E2180 @ 2.00 GHz
3.00 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT
10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)
I like to drink Bagged Milk on a hot summer day and I like it cold and chunky.
11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?
I would enchant/gem it as soon as raid is over or whenever I am allowed during raid.
12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

I'd go with Raider because I know I can make all those three nights of hardcore raiding.

I think all apps should require an armory with there raiding gear on. And no more deathknights. Roll a priest.

Your reply to #2 is also considered an exploit. <3

By the look of your (I'm assuming) PvP gear, I'm not really sure you are going to have the setup to manage the content we run. We just picked up an under equipped DK and I'm not entirely interested in gearing two. If you had substantial arena ratings or something you can show me to convince me that you're an exceptional player then we could consider this app.

I'm concerned that your computer won't hold up when needed most in Ulduar or future content, it's a bit on the dated side at this point and WoW itself uses nearly 600M of memory by itself. I imagine during fast paced action it may be a struggle to keep dps up with that setup.

Also, you skipped question 8.

In your defense, I can see where you're coming from.
