1. Character: Name of the character you would like to be joining Sauce on and your Armory Link.
Ghaorufint http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Khadgar&n=Ghaorufint
2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.
I do consider myself a team player. I carry multiple flasks on me during raid times and would be willing to lend some to a fellow raider. I have gone over and explained many raid boss encounters to fellow raiders.
3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)
I use my barkskin on encounters where I am the focus of damage so it is easier on the healers. I also give out my innervate to healers who are low on mana and need it more than I do.
4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.
I would follow my problem down to the core and find help immediately. Ask a guildy, read up on info posted on forum.
5. If you have access to a WWS report, please post a link here.
I dont use WWS.
6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.)
The Crusaders. I was an officer of this guild and was very sad to see it fall apart. We were having a problem with attendance so we decided to merge with another guild which also didn't work on due to the same problem.
7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)
MC, Kara, Naxx 10/25, Uld 10/25.
8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.)
Kind, funny, and determined.
9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.)
4GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo, NVidia 8800GT.
10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)
If its cold, who cares that its bagged?
11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed?
Immediately after the raid.
12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders:

Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.
I am applying for the "Raider" rank.

Bringing a utility class into the guild is always a hit or miss scenario. Our utility classes tend to be the only one in the guild of that type and any misses in attendance cause us to lose those buffs for that night. We currently are in the process of rearranging some of our players to other characters to fill needs in our raids and one of them happens to have freed up our Moonkin slot.

There are a couple things I have to make clear regarding a position like this. The first being that anything less then around 4000 dps is pretty much useless to us at the point of content we are at. It's very easy to do that on static targets, but you need to be capable of this (and preferably more) on dynamic fights. Your response time on things like battle res needs to be within seconds of request and you need to be capable of analyzing the current situation and adapting on the fly. I'm not saying I want a moonkin to pop form and tranquility every time the raid suffers large damage, but you do need to be able to identify a situation where you know the healers will not be able to compensate, as an example.

As a an officer of another guild, this guild provides a lot of benefit for players who wish to participate more then just being at a raid and performing a class role. We do not utilize officers, but those who stand up and take responsibility generally get the support needed to be of greater use to the guild.

I need to get a better impression of your dps in a dynamic environment. Get with me to go to 10 man Ulduar and we'll see what we can work out.

In your defense, I can see where you're coming from.

Do you have any idea of when you will be running this 10 man Ulduar?

Doesn't really matter to me, I'll be home around 7pm game time tonight (Friday), and generally available most weekend times. Whichever is easiest for you guys. It may be nice to see how you four who are coming from the same guild play together. My priest is on an ID that has the first 4 down, which we can use if you'd like or I can use my warrior tank or mage.

If you all plan to go together then feel free to create a group and let me know the time. Otherwise, let me know and I'll grab who I want in there and we'll go from there.

In your defense, I can see where you're coming from.

Sounds good man, let me see if we can figure something out amongst us 4, if not I will just roll with guys. Ill send you an in-game whisper and let you know.
