halfzware Frost tank/dps DK!

2. Do you consider your self a team player? If so please give an in-game related example of what you did to make yourself raid productive.
I do consider my self a team player, lets say im raiding with my guild, i would gladly sit out from a boss if someone else on reserve needs a certain piece of gear from a boss, or if a guildy has a blue item on or somethign and he needs it replaced more than i do, i will pass my roll to him, just so more people in the guild are geared up and ready to go.

3. Do you use everything at your disposable to make yourself the best at your class? Please give an in-game related example of what you did to be the best at your class. (Topping a meter doesn’t mean you’re the best as your class. Please consider this statement, as it is in the sense of what’s best for the raid at the time.)

I try my hardest to do everything i can to be as useful to the raid as possible. as a frost DK, i have imp. icy talons to boost raid DPS, i brain freeze and strangulate when it is needed (especially on bosses where people seem to forget to kick or shield bash i.e. 25man KT) I have Death griped/taunted adds off of healers (dying in the process) because i understand that a healer is always > than a dps. i have also taunted off of tanks when they were 1-2k hp, just so they get that extra heal. ive been yelled at by tanks for doing that during 25 EoE, but i figured, i had to think fast and by giving the tank 2 secs more time, he was able to be at full HP again and the raid wont wipe. I carry a tanking/dps set on me at all times. i carry rare gems on me at all times (being a JC) just incase i am ever needed for it.

4. If you were to screw up in the raid more than once per night, or if your DPS/HPS was slacking consecutively. What would you do to correct this problem? Please give an example of when you did this.

I have honestly barely ever screwed up a raid, maybe about 4 or 5 times in all my years of playing wow (4 years). and i remember clearly that 2 of those times my keyboard was stuck and i ran into mob, causeing raid to wipe. The only time that i have screwed up a raid was when i hosted a 25man OS and forgot to put it on masterloot, thankfully there were no ninjas, but still there was people rolling for offset on "need" and people not rolling on gear because they thought everyone was gonna "pass". i swiftly apologized to the raid and was glad to open a ticket if anyone felt they were wronged by how the loot was passed out.

6. What are your past and current guilds? Secondly, explain why you left each guild. (Even if you’re a server transfer.) the first guild i was in was "soulbound" and i left because it is not a raiding guild, and i wanted to get my Dk into organized raids and such. i have also been in the guild vindicated (pre wotlk), and ZOD. I am currently in a small guild called Vitality but the guild is mostly broken up now because about 4 weeks ago we merged with "the crusaders" and we broke up last week because players had issues with each other. And as of now, we arent making any progress and the guild is pretty much dead.

7. Sauce as a guild is on the leading edge of new in-game content. What in-game content have you experienced. (Both new and old)

I have had experience with MOST of the lvl 60 content (did not do 40man naxx). I have cleared all the lvl 70 raids except sunwell (only did 1st boss there). and as far as wotlk goes i have been in every raid there is to offer 10 and 25 mans. I have not however done OS with 3 drakes. And in ULD the farthest boss i have downed in a 10man is thor. and for 25man, i have downed up to hodir. i have been to other uld bosses, but havent downed them (due to pugs and such).

8. Even some of the best players have attitudes. Try to explain your personality in 3 or 4 words. (This question is relative, try your best to explain yourself.) Comedic relief, high dps, low aggro. lol.

9. Do you have a stable computer and internet connection that will not hinder the raid progress as a whole? For the insurance of the guild, we ask you to put the simple specs of you computer. (RAM, processor, video card.) my computer is 2 years old, amd 64 duel 5500+ 2.8ghz, 4x 1gb ram, nvidia 8700 gtx 516mb. i ahve cable for internet, 10mb/sec downstream.

10. What is your personal opinion on bagged milk? (Try to take this question seriously; it greatly affects your chances of getting in to Sauce.)

blasphemy! Im against bagged milk! whats the point??! its squishy, it can get punctured easily, milk comes in a perfectly find container when you purchase it and has no reason to be in a bag of any sort! putting it in a bag will just reduce its chances of survival! especially since i have 2 dogs.

11. If you were to get a new piece of main-spec gear, how quickly would you have it enchanted/gemmed? depends. first i ask if theres a chanter here, if there is, ill do it on the spot. if the raid is taking a 5min bio break, that would be when i chant it, but i wouldn't tell everyone "hey lets break so i can hearth and get my shit chanted". i normally carry red/orange gems and a dragons eye on me during every raid, me be a JC, i can gem my gear on the spot. al in all, gem = right away, chant depending on whats better for the guild, i would never slow down progress because i got a new piece of gear that has 5 extra str on it, and wanna "try it out". ill simply wait til theres a break or until i get back to dal.

12. Even though Sauce is very competitive we raid only three hardcore nights a week. These days and times are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; from 7-11 pm. Sauce has two separate ranks of raiders: Raider – People that are positive they can make three nights a week of raids.
Reserve – People that can only make 1-2 days, or are maybe late a couple of nights.
Please state which of these positions you are applying for.

7-11 tues wed and thurs is fine for me. i work 8-5 so 7-11 is actully perfect for me.
